
Business Development Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
• Identifying and developing new markets and opportunities.
• Specification selling to consultants and project decision makers and major influencers.
• Developing relationships with Local Government Units, and Industry regulators.
• Lead in marketing activities such as exhibits, seminars and roadshows.
• Conducts presentations on company products and services whenever necessary.
• Lead in proposal development reviewing its scope and completeness in coordination with legal and the sales team.
• Does Market research on technologies, competition, and construction trends
Job Qualifications​
• Engineering, Marketing, Business or Mass Communication Course background
• With 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and persuasive.
