
Civil, Geotechnical, and Architectural Inspector
Duties, Responsibilities:
• Performs on-site inspection, supervision, and quality monitoring of all civil, structural, geotechnical, and architectural works.
• Ensures compliance of construction activities with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
• Conducts site inspections, material testing verification, and workmanship evaluation.
• Reviews and monitors contractor’s daily progress reports, inspection requests, and test results.
• Coordinates with the EPCOM contractor, Ardurra engineers, and Metro Pacific Water representatives to resolve site-related issues.
• Ensures that all inspection and testing activities are properly documented and filed.
• Monitors the implementation of corrective actions for non-conformance reports.
• Assists in the review and approval of Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Requests for Approval (RFA), and Material Submittals.
• Verifies quantity take-offs and assists in validating progress billing.
• Ensures proper implementation of project health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at the site.
• Reports construction progress, quality issues, and risks to the Construction Manager and Project Controls Team.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

​Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• PRC License preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in civil, structural, or architectural inspection.
• Strong background in construction supervision and quality control.
• Familiarity with international construction standards and codes.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and inspection documentation.
