Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities: 

• Reads and interprets construction drawings and blueprints to determine materials and layout.

• Prepares surfaces and lays bricks, blocks, stones, or tiles in accordance with project requirements.

• Mixes and applies mortar, concrete, or other binding materials to complete masonry work.

• Repairs and maintains existing structures by replacing or restoring damaged sections.

• Ensures proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry structures.

• Follows all safe work practices during masonry operations.

• Performs other duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications: 

• At least High School graduate; vocational diploma/short courses in Masonry preferred.

• With valid NC II in Masonry.

• With experience in bricklaying, block laying, plastering, or tile setting.

• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.

• Keen to details.

• Trustworthy, reliable, and a team player.

• Willing to work on a 1-year project-based contract.

• Willing to be assigned in Siargao.
