Process Engineer

📍 Location: Parañaque / Mandaluyong 

Role Overview: 
The Process Engineer ensures that assigned Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) comply with government regulations and company standards while maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure STP compliance with DENR & LLDA regulations. 

• Oversee regulatory and internal monthly water sampling activities. 

• Supervise STP Operators and assigned O&M personnel. 

• Prepare and submit monthly monitoring and Self-Monitoring Reports. 

• Monitor treated effluent quality and recommend improvements or corrective actions. 

• Assist clients in discharge permit applications and renewals. 

• Report equipment issues requiring repair, replacement, or rehabilitation. 

• Maintain strong coordination with clients (PCO/Facilities Manager). 

• Ensure safety, proper documentation, and timely submission of reports and liquidations. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field 

• Licensed Engineer (Required) 

• 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates welcome) 

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
