
Project Administrator
Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
• Provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team.
• Ensures all project documentation, correspondences, and records are properly managed, tracked, and archived in accordance with project requirements and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Assists in the preparation, review, and submission of reports, minutes of meetings, transmittals, and project-related documentation.
• Coordinates schedules, logistics, and communication between Ardurra, Metro Pacific Water, and other project stakeholders.
• Supports procurement and contract administration processes by managing document control, tracking submissions, and ensuring timely approvals.
• Maintains and updates project dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting templates.
• Ensures alignment of administrative processes with project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinates travel, mobilization, and resource requirements of project staff.
• Prepares and monitors petty cash requests, expense liquidations, and project cost documentation in coordination with the Finance Team.
• Supports the preparation and consolidation of project reports for submission to Ardurra and Metro Pacific Water management.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Project Manager or Project Director.

​Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering, or related course.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration within construction or engineering environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
