
Project Controls Engineer
Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
• Develops, updates, and maintains the master project schedule using Primavera or MS Project.
• Monitors EPCOM Contractor’s schedule, progress, and productivity performance.
• Prepares baseline and progress S-curves and reports schedule deviations to the Project Manager.
• Coordinates with Construction, QS, and Contract teams to integrate cost and schedule data.
• Conducts variance analysis and recommends recovery or acceleration strategies.
• Supports reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
• Maintains project dashboards, progress charts, and monthly status presentations.
• Prepares executive reports for management and client review.
• Ensures project control processes comply with Ardurra and MPW reporting standards.

Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel-based reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
