
Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC Inspector
Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts inspection and supervision of all mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitors installation, pressure testing, alignment, and system commissioning activities related to mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Reviews and validates inspection requests, method statements, and test results submitted by the EPCOM contractor.
• Ensures compliance of equipment and materials with project and technical standards.
• Coordinates with EPCOM, Ardurra, and MPW teams to resolve mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC-related issues.
• Witnesses testing and commissioning of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and prepares corresponding reports.
• Ensures adherence to site safety practices and environmental protocols.
• Assists in verifying quantities related to mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC and supporting documentation for progress billing.
• Prepares and submits detailed daily and weekly mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC inspection reports.
• Performs other technical or coordination duties as required by the Construction Manager.
Job Qualifications​

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.
• PRC License preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC construction inspection.
• Knowledge of applicable codes such as ASME, ASHRAE, and SMACNA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical, analytical, and reporting skills.
