Project In-Charge (PIC)/ Project Site Engineer 

Role Overview: 
The Project In-Charge oversees on-site construction management and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and in compliance with approved plans and company standards. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead daily site operations and supervise project implementation. 

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Procurement, Safety, and Design teams. 

• Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance with approved drawings and standards. 

• Ensure timely submission of material requests, reports, billing documents, and project updates. 

• Manage project schedule, recommend solutions for delays, and prepare time extension requests when needed. 

• Attend inspections, testing & commissioning, project meetings, and client handover activities. 

• Oversee safety, security, rectification works, and demobilization. 

• Prepare and maintain required project documentation and reports.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering 

• PRC Licensed Engineer 

• 1–3 years’ experience as Project Engineer or Project In-Charge 

• Knowledge in project management, planning, and CADD (2D/3D) 

• Proficient in MS Office 

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
