QA/QC Engineer

Role Overview: 
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all projects and operational activities comply with company quality standards, approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role monitors inspections, documentation, and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure project excellence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures on-site 

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract requirements to ensure compliance 

• Conduct inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship 

• Prepare and review QA/QC documentation (ITR, WIR, RFI, material submittals, etc.) 

• Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective and preventive actions 

• Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to address quality issues 

• Maintain updated quality records and reports 

• Support internal and external audits 

• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) 

• With experience in QA/QC within construction or industrial projects 

• Knowledgeable in quality standards, documentation, and inspection procedures 

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills 

• Good communication and coordination skills 

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage
