
Quality Control Relations Specialist
Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring quality standards across operations by developing processes, monitoring compliance, and supporting teams in delivering consistent and efficient service. This role also coordinates with stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement standardized processes, policies, and quality guidelines

Monitor existing systems and identify gaps for improvement

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations

Support teams in implementing and maintaining quality standards

Conduct site inspections and prepare quality reports and documentation

Analyze data to identify issues and recommend improvements

Attend client meetings and address quality-related concerns and feedback

Prepare reports and presentations for quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

Experience in quality control, process improvement, or operations is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Detail-oriented and organized

Willing to conduct site visits as needed
