Quantity Surveyor

Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities: 

• Validates detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for all construction packages.
  •    Verifies EPCOM Contractor’s progress billings and variation claims in accordance with contract terms.
  •    Supports Ardurra’s Contract Administration and Project Controls in validating cost changes and forecasts.
  •    Conducts on-site quantity verification to ensure alignment with actual work performed.
  •    Prepares monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for management review.
  •    Coordinates with Engineering and Procurement for material cost evaluations and quantity checks.
  •    Assists in the preparation of progress billing accomplishment reports and cost reconciliation.
  •    Maintains accurate cost databases, records, and contract documentation.
  •    Performs value engineering reviews.

Job Qualifications: 

•    Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
•    Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost control in major infrastructure or industrial projects.
•    Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
•    Proficient in MS Excel, CostX, Planswift, or equivalent quantity take-off software.
•    Familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts and cost control principles.
