Sales Officer (Cebu)

📍 Location: Cebu 

Role Overview: 
The Sales Officer is responsible for driving Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding business opportunities. This role focuses on account management, pipeline development, and achieving assigned sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships 

• Manage and update O&M account database and contract monitoring 

• Convert Design & Build projects and non-company plants into O&M contracts 

• Prepare customized proposals and close O&M accounts 

• Meet assigned sales targets and maintain sales pipeline forecasts 

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis 

• Participate in client presentations, exhibits, and promotional activities 

• Coordinate closely with internal teams regarding project status and client needs 

• Address client inquiries and ensure proper resolution of concerns 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience 

• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and account management 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 

• Highly organized, analytical, and target-driven
