Sales Officer (Cebu)

Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities: 

• Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers 
  • Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions 
  • Maintaining an accurate and detailed record of all Design and Build sales 
  • Preparing and maintaining regular sales reports including but not limited to project pipelines and forecast
  • Meeting assigned sales targets for Design and Build
  • Collaborating with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities
  • Participation in Exhibits, Product presentations and Road shows 
  • Researching current market trends and making a note of customer requirements 
  • Reviewing competitor product offerings 
  • Making cold calls to attract potential customers
  • Translation of Client Terms of Reference to Design and Build Proposals
  • Implementing the prescribed sales strategies to close Design and Build projects.
  • Develop specific sales and marketing strategies relevant to his accounts 
  • Referring customer requests and complaints to the relevant departments
  • Close coordination with internal stakeholders re; Project status and customer needs

Job Qualifications: 

•   Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Lead, Senior Sales Representative or a similar 
  position in the Sales department
  • Complete knowledge of various sales techniques and developments in the sales industry 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Good time management and organizational skills and highly motivated and detail-oriented individual 
  • Strong leadership skills
