
Sales Supervisor
Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
-
Promotion of company’s existing products and introduction of new products
-
Planning and coordinating sales efforts to meet the group sales target
-
Coaching and Development of Sales officers within the group
-
Provide sales expertise, data, and department process improvements.
-
Provide intelligence/ information on key Accounts
-
Manage high level projects and oversee day‐to‐day activities of sales officers
-
Analyze market trend to be aware of competitors and emerging technologies
-
Analyze and prepare the budgets and organize the expenditures and make sure that their sales teams meet their goals
-
Maintain strong relationship with clients
-
Conduct regular group meetings to assess progress of Sales Officers and develop/ revise strategies being applied if needed
-
Attend to Client Negotiations and Technical clarifications
-
Review distribution of accounts and reassignment of any as per strategic need.
-
Coordination with Internal stakeholders regarding Pricing and Technical concerns for proposals in development
Job Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing
-
Must be able to work with team
-
Able to use computer well
-
Must be able to travel or work in other regions
-
Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
