Resort Complexes and Estates
Okada Manila
Okada Manila is a resort and entertainment complex in the Entertainment City facing Manila Bay. The complex occupies 45 hectares, with casino and hotel facilities already operational. It features a 9,000 sq.m. indoor beach club, a 30,000 sq. m. open green space overlooking the bay, and 37,464 sq. m. dancing fountain, the largest fountain in color in the world.
The Integrated Water Reclamation Facility allows for the recycling and reuse of operations water, reducing organic contaminants to less than 2 mg/L (BOD); and for replacement water due to system loss it integrates and advanced Desalination system, most notable for its ability to automatically clean its Reverse Osmosis membrane without use of chemicals.

SM Seaside Mall Cebu
SM Seaside Mall is the most popular, and largest development in the South Road Property development in Cebu City, taking up 30 hectares or 10% of the 300 hectare reclamation development; spanning from the shore of mainland Cebu to Kawit Island (now Kawit Point).
Consistent with SM Prime Holding's aggressive push for sustainable environmental design, the Sequence Bio Reactor here allows the facility to reuse up to 100% of their sewage, effectively resulting in zero discharge should there be enough applications for the reuse water. This ability becomes increasingly important as SM Seaside City is projected to become the third largest shopping mall in the Philippines.

Capitol Commons
Capitol Commons is the high-end mixed use estate development of Ortigas & Co., built on the property of what used to be the Provincial Capitol of Rizal Province. It holds an upscale shopping mall, offices including those for offshoring and outsourcing, restaurants, a supermarket, cinemas, and three premier residential towers.
The design of the treatment plant here is an interesting innovation in that it is installed and operated underneath the central green space of the development. It is integrated to be practically invisible and beyond the senses of end-users
